The Domaine de Gerbaud is located in the foothills of the Grand Luberon mountains in Provence and has 1,200 olive trees planted on nine hectares. The varieties cultivated on the domaine are Aglandeau, Salonenque, Grossane and Verdale des Bouches-du-Rhône.
