In the heart of Spain, an hour south of Madrid, is the Encomienda De Cervera (Almagro) property, which was founded in 1758 with the unification of different properties associated with the Marquesado de Cervera. Sitting on these properties is the Maar de Cervera volcano, a natural monument.
