Ex Albis Ulivis

EXAU is an Italian olive oil company based in Oakland, CA owned by husband and wife, Giuseppe and Skyler. Giuseppe is a 3rd generation olive oil producer from Calabria, south Italy and Skyler is a 3rd generation Californian with a background in design and winemaking. Each year the couple travel to Calabria to harvest, press, bottle, label, and import their award-winning oils selling directly to customers. The olives are estate grown and many of the trees were planted almost 100 years ago by Giuseppe's grandfather. Through the years the family has planted more trees increasing the overall size of the estate.
