We've planted 12 hectares in San Martin, California, intending to make the best monocultivar Frantoio possible. We mill our olives in our Pieralisi mill, ensuring total control of our product. The oil is stored in oxygen-free, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and bottled in small batches to create the freshest product possible.
