Herdade de Vale de Arca is a family-owned and operated estate, located near Torrão, Alcácer do Sal, Alentejo. As followers of the farm-to-table movement, we meticulously care for our olive groves and olive oil extraction by combining traditional methods and state-of-the-art techniques. Standing in the middle of our groves, our olive mill ensures a minimal wait time between harvest and extraction. We exclusively bottle EVOO from our own olive trees.
