Le Fontacce is an ancient Tuscan farm surrounded by olive trees, on the slopes of Mount Pratomagno. The company was born in 2008, on an existing farm founded in the early 1800s. We are now certified organic for all of our products. We cultivate olives, legumes, saffron and iris, all of which is done with a lot of passion and respect for local traditions.
