We are a small farm in Southern California that practices sustainable farming. Our olives are grown with care by our owner and ranch staff. We carefully handpick all of our olives and mill them within 48 hours in-house by our owner/miller. We are a proud member of the California Olive Oil Council, and all of our extra virgin olive oil has been certified by the COOC.
We are very focused on producing the highest quality olive oil and remain committed to our growing practices, hand harvesting and milling while the olives are still fresh.
