Every tree of our organic Tuscan olive varieties is grown sustainably, never having been subjected to weed killers or toxic chemicals. Our growing method promotes a healthy balance in our soil and is protective of surrounding wildlife and our five honey-producing bee hives. Our olives are hand-picked, pressed within hours and bottled right here on the Central Coast of California.
We hope our awards will help others to recognize and appreciate our passion for producing the highest quality extra virgin olive oil.
