Olive Fabrica

Olive Fabrica is a corporate continuation of the long-standing production of the Dafnis family, based in Corfu. We undertook the difficult task of identifying our best extra virgin olive oils over the last six years, thus eliminating the negative tradition of the years and starting anew.
