Frantoio Paparella was founded in 1891 and is one of the oldest active oil mills in Puglia. Thanks to our passion and experience, the olives are harvested by hand only when they have reached the right maturation and are milled in less than 12 hours, preserving their organoleptic characteristics. Il Frantoio Paparella produces Lolio extra virgin olive oil following the passion of the family and the authentic taste of Puglia.
