Our first trip to Tuscany inspired our olive farm. We returned to California and eventually found a plot of land in the beautiful rolling foothills of De Luz. We planted 500 Italian cultivars on our terraced hillsides and tended to our trees using only organic fertilizers. No chemicals are ever used. We harvest the fruit by hand with family and friends, mill it within a few hours at our onsite Italian mill and store the resulting oil in a climate-controlled room.
