Tradition and environment are our sources of inspiration. That is why we produce our organic olive oil, integrating sustainability, tradition and innovation trees, which have grown on the same terraces for centuries. Our oil is produced in the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which adds exceptional value to our product due to the orographic characteristics of the area as well as the local Mallorcan variety used.
