This extra virgin olive oil is clean, bright and balanced. It has a super leafy, green aroma with tomato and leafy green flavors. There are slight tropical undertones of guava and a clean finish, with ripe olive notes followed by black pepper.
Our ancestors settled on California's central coast in 1864 and began farming the land that we now call 43 Ranch. We are proud fifth and sixth generation farmers on this same land. The soil and mild climate of the southern Salinas Valley mirror the characteristics of Old World olive growing regions. In 2001, we embarked on a mission to produce world-class extra virgin olive oil. We farm, harvest and mill our olives with that goal in mind.
