This Nocellara monovarietal bursts in the nose with an intense fruitness of green olives and green cherry tomato. It is powerful on the palate, with a very elegant bitterness and spiciness. The oil boasts a highly complex retronasal, with a predominance of green almond and aromatic herbs.
