Our Andalucian extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend Lechin de Sevilla and Hojiblanca olives. These Spanish olive varietals produce a very strong, peppery and robust olive oil. We pick these olives in the middle of the season to balance the sharper and softer notes of the fruit. All of our olive oil is unfiltered, and is cold pressed on our ranch in Ojai, California from organically grown olives.
Ojai Olive Oil Company is a third-generation, family-owned and operated organic farm in Ojai, California. Our core grove of trees is more than 150 years old and has been supplemented with additional plantings over the years.
