Our Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is crafted from a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino and Noccelara del Belice olives. These Italian olive varietals produce a characteristically grassy, peppery and fruity olive oil. We pick these olives early in the season, to bring out the green and vibrant notes of the fruit. All of our olive oil is unfiltered and cold pressed on our ranch in Ojai, California from organically grown olives.
Ojai Olive Oil Company is a third-generation, family-owned and operated organic farm in Ojai, California. Our core grove of trees is more than 150 years old and has been supplemented with additional plantings over the years.
