Al-Zahira

There was a legend about a city in Córdoba surrounded by an extensive olive grove that produced a tasty fruit from which they extracted an elixir with unique characteristics. It was like tasting nature's soul. For being very special, they named Alzhira, which means bright and shine in Arabic and refers to a little flower on the olive tree during germination.
