Cantasole harvest starts early in the mornings of October. We make sure to select and pick the olives of our two favorite varieties: Coratina and Cima di Melfi. These two varieties are at the heart of our blend, which is characterized by a special fruitiness and a pungency with the typical personality of Puglia.

Cantasole communicates our original southern Italian spirit. Our EVOO is made just three miles away from the Mediterranean Sea, in Puglia. Thanks to the sea air, our oil is rich in taste and cheerful; something we truly care about and always have. Two hundred years ago, the women working on our land used to sing during the harvest, so the trees would grow in a joyful environment, which we have worked hard to maintain for four generations.
