Gaetano Schiralli's family began producing extra virgin olive in 1922 on the hills of Bitetto. Today, Gaetano and his daughter Nicole make Crudo from 100 percent Ogliarola olives grown, harvested and pressed at their family estate. This masterful extra virgin olive oil features the unmistakable aromas of green almond and artichoke. The brilliant flavor confirms the nose, and it exhibits a long-lasting, pleasurable bitterness, plus spectacular spiciness.
