This pristine D.O.P. Valli Trapanesi organic oil is made from 100 percent Cerasuola olives. It has a complex and very green nose with notes of tomato vine and freshly cut grass. A symphony of sparkling green flavors dances in the mouth. Its pleasant bitterness is superbly balanced by a persistent spicy finish. Antonella tended to every detail with obsessive attention, and the result is pure perfection.
