Entimio Intenso
This unique organic EVOO is crafted predominantly from Frantoio and Leccio del Corno olives cultivated in small family groves in rural Tuscany. The olives are hand-picked early in the season and transformed within hours to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties. The resulting EVOO is complex, with green fruitiness, well-balanced bitterness and pungency, and a fresh fragrance with notes of artichoke, green almond and fresh-cut grass.
