Ex Albis from the 2023 harvest is obtained by blending three different indigenous Istrian cultivars, which are harvested, milled and stored separately. The result is a very interesting EVOO, rich in aromas and very fruity with balanced pungency and bitterness.

OPG Chiavalon is a family-owned company with 9,000 olive trees spanning over 30 hectares. The olive groves are located in Vodnjan, just outside Istria's capital, Pula.
