Sv. Ivan Oblica

Sv. Ivan Oblica is an organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from the indigenous Oblica variety, harvested at an early stage of maturity. Olives are delicately picked by hand in our olive groves and cold-pressed in our mill a few hours after harvest. This monovarietal oil's essence is rich in scents of greens and freshly mowed grass. Its flavor is reminiscent of ripe tomatoes. It is a medium-intense oil of mild bitterness with gentle notes of piquancy.
