Gaia Oliva Ayvalık is an early harvest EVOO made with olives from a single grove in the Aegean region of Turkey. Cold-pressed within four hours using modern techniques to preserve its high nutritional value and fruity taste, our EVOO has a medium intensity, balanced bitterness, and pungency. It is perfect for any meal with a low free fatty acidity value of 0.26 and a high polyphenol value of 458. Enjoy its asparagus, almond and fennel aromas with grilled squash, baked shrimp and soft cheeses.
