Two decades ago, my father-in-law's grand gesture fulfilled my mother-in-law's dream of owning an olive farm. A decade ago, a fire ravaged our land, but instead of starting over, we nurtured the burnt trees, enriching the soil. The olive trees regenerated, yielding distinctive, exquisite fruit. This rebirth inspired us to rebuild. We invested in the farm with partner Mehmet T, blending tradition and technology for exceptional olive oils.
