This is a selection of our best early harvest olives, which were carefully selected from our groves in the Gömeç, Burhaniye and Ayvalık regions between the end of September and mid-November. The olives were then carefully cold pressed and stored to preserve the unique flavors and aromas of this high-quality oil.
