Istrian extra virgin olive oil is a combination of Istrian buža, Istrian bjelica, Pendolino and Leccino olives, which we grow on sunbathed red Istrian soil. The olives are harvested exclusively by hand and milled within a few hours of harvesting. Our oil expresses its own story.
