Laconian Legacy
Our precious olive oil is produced from cold-pressed handpicked olives from our family estate, a traditional grove in Peloponnese, in southern Greece. The area is well known for its high-quality olive oil, which is protected for its uniqueness by the European Union (certified PGI). Our variety Athinolia is the native variety of the area. Our EVOO holds a health claim because of its high polyphenols concentration and its natural antioxidants. Laconian Legacy is certified organic.
Where to Find My origin is from Vatica Laconia, where our family olive groves are located. High-quality extra virgin olive oil is in my DNA. Our olives are handpicked in October, collected in special boxes and pressed within eight hours from harvest. Following all the modern research about the positive impact of high-quality food for a better, longer life, I have decided to make a living by creating an everyday elixir out of this tough land.
