Our Signature extra virgin olive oil is a limited release, created by our master miller from a blend of Cailletier, Columella and Nocellara del Belice olives. These French and Italian varietals produce very sweet, buttery, smooth and fruity olive oils. We pick the olives very late in the season, to maximize the sweet and buttery notes. All of our oil is unfiltered, and is cold pressed on our ranch in Ojai, California from organically grown olives.
Ojai Olive Oil Company is a third-generation, family-owned and operated organic farm in Ojai, California. Our core grove of trees is more than 150 years old and has been supplemented with additional plantings over the years.
