Our Early Harvest Kalamon extra virgin olive oil is high in polyphenols such as hydroxytyrosol, oleocanthal and oleasin, based on analyses from accredited laboratories. In our Early Harvest bottle, you can find green, fruity aromas, a strong bitter and pungent taste and high polyphenols.
Our family cultivates 50,000 olive trees from 12 varieties, including Kolovi (native), Koroneiki, Kalamon, Picual, Arbequina and more. Where there once was a deserted area, we created an oasis of olive trees, pomegranates, figs, palms, cypresses, jojoba and numerous others. We take care of every olive tree, enriching the soil with our own compost from local seaweed, manure and pruned branches. Everything we do, from tree to table, is performed with the highest quality standards.
