The Caninese is a single-variety olive oil that is emerald green with gold reflections. It has an exceptionally low acidity of around 0.2 percent. It has a medium-fruity taste and smells of herbal notes and fresh olives. It has a bitter aftertaste with hints of thistle and artichoke.

Our first olive trees were planted in the mid-twentieth century and four generations of Gioacchinis later, the grove has grown significantly. We are well-equipped to care for the farm and passionate about the good and the beautiful.
