Olive Oil & Beyond Noccellara extra virgin olive oil is intensely fruity, with hints of fresh grass, artichoke and tomato. It is bitter and spicy in harmony with a deep green color and golden reflections. This EVOO is best used raw on tuna and blue fish marinades, au gratin vegetables, first courses with shellfish, stewed fish, grilled and roasted meats and mature cheeses.

About Mandranova

On a hill a few kilometers from the sea, there is a green oasis where a selection of young native olive trees, some of which are several hundred years old, grows in our grove. All trees are individually irrigated. Here, we produce extra virgin olive oil, almonds and preservatives that express our land, sun and Sicily.
