This EVOO is obtained from 100 percent Italian olives of the Leccino variety, which have been harvested manually. It is a delicate and fragrant oil, with a scent of almond and slightly bitter and pungent nuances. This is a versatile oil and may be used perfectly as dressing on food, including fish, soups, risotto and bruschetta.
