The De Robertis Estate prides itself on producing a high-quality EVOO from Coratina olives. Our olives are grown on our family estate of 30 hectares and crushed within six hours of harvest, extracted cold under 25 ºC to retain their unique flavor and aroma. Our monovarietal Coratina is full of polyphenols (more than 900 mg/kg), allowing for a long shelf life and significant health benefits. We are located just minutes from Trani, on the east coast of Italy, in the region of Puglia.
