We brought the Biancolilla Centinara olive back from the brink of extinction with the help of Dr Pasqual "Mimmo" Marino, La Furtuna Estate CEO. Mimmo rediscovered this ancient varietal, and it remains a farm highlight. With strong vegetal qualities and notes of wild herbs and dried flowers, this extra virgin olive oil is fantastic alone or as an accent to heavier dishes.
