This single variety EVOO is made with Nocellara del Belice varietals, harvested from PDO olives that are grown solely within the company estate in the Valle del Belice. It is an extra virgin olive oil with medium-intense fruitiness and a quite strong flavor of fresh fruit, with a pleasing aftertaste of green tomato and artichoke. Its herbaceous aroma makes it excellent in cooking, raw fish dishes, vegetable soups and white meats.
Located in Sicily, the Azienda Agricola Centonze farm has almost 8,000 Nocellara del Belice trees, some of which are the most ancient in Sicily. The Centonze family prioritizes organic cultivation of the trees.
