Case di Latomie P.D.O. Valle del Belice
This monocultivar of Nocellara del Belice PDO is obtained by hand-picking and selecting the smallest and greenest olives grown exclusively within the Case di Latomie company. It stands out for its medium-intense fruitiness, with very balanced bitter and spicy. Its fragrance reminds us of fresh fruit, with a pleasant aftertaste of green tomato and artichoke. Thanks to its herbaceous scent, it lends itself to fish-based cuisine, soups, white meats, cheeses and all dishes cooked naturally.
Where to Find Located in Sicily, the Azienda Agricola Centonze farm has almost 9,500 Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla trees, some of which are the most ancient in Sicily. The Centonze family prioritizes organic cultivation of the trees.
