Our DOP Sardinia extra virgin olive oil is obtained using mainly Bosana cultivars harvested at the time of average maturation and pressed within 12 hours. It is an excellent oil, which thanks to its balance between bitter and spicy, can be used either as a condiment or for the preparation of Mediterranean cuisine.
The farm consists of almost 500 acres of land with more than 25,000 olive trees of which the cultivar is predominantly Bosana. We also enrich the characteristic notes and quality of our oil through the selection of other native and national cultivar. Our DOP Sardinia EVOO is in great demand, not only in the local area, but also on the major foreign markets, as it represents an excellence of Sardinian quality produce.
