Our Duomo extra virgin olive oil is certified Toscano IGP from the Florentine hills. The oil is intensely golden in color with an ample, embracing aroma and marked vegetal notes of artichoke and wild chicory. Its taste is complex, decisively piquant with distinct sweet almond. The oil is ideal on lentils, artichoke salads, bean soups, pasta with ragù, grilled swordfish, grilled wild game and aged cheeses.
