GangaLupo
We handpick our monovarietal Coratina olives from our groves in Bari and cold-press them within 12 hours. The resulting oil has a medium to strong fruitiness with average values for bitterness and spiciness and an aroma of fresh almonds and delicate flavors of grass, leaf, and artichoke.
Where to Find In our 15-hectare olive groves, our Coratina production reaches about 90 to 100 tons per year. In 2017, Girone’s family decided to invest in the direct transformation of the olives into oil. Thanks to great attention to selecting the best local mill and to an excellent cold pressing process, the highest quality GangaLupo oil is bottled.
