Jackrabbit extra virgin olive oil is produced in the rich farmland of Northern California’s Capay Valley. The Capay Valley is known for its rich soil and abundance of small family farms, committed to organic, sustainable growing practices. Jackrabbit is a transitional organic farm, planted by owner John Di Ruocco in 2008. John passionately shares these values, dedicated to caring for this verdant land while producing the highest quality olives possible.
