Our Nocellara del Belice is an EVOO produced exclusively with the Nocellara del Belice olive variety. This olive oil is decisively fruity and has a peppery finish. We refer to it as the "Niagara Falls" of flavor.

Olio Taibi is an iconic producer of early harvest, monocultivar, organic extra virgin olive oil from Agrigento, Sicily, near the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The two olive varietals grown by the Taibi family on their estate are "Biancolilla" and "Nocellara del Belice", both very typical of Sicily. Olio Taibi organic olive oils have been included in the list of "Great Olive Oils of The World” by acclaimed olive oil advocate and best-seller author Tom Mueller.
