The olives that make up this organic blend from the Fontanaro Estate in Italy were hand picked and processed within three hours of harvest at our own technologically advanced mill. Our groves are spread out over the rolling hills overlooking the Trasimeno Lake.

Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a blend of Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, Dolce Agogia, Pendolino. Our Organic Extra virgin Olive Oil is harvest in our estate and press everyday within 6 hour from the harvest in our mill that work just for us. All the extra virgin olive oil is filtered and store under the nitrogen. The acidity is 0,05 (% p/p)
