This organic Protected Designation of Origin blend is produced from 70 percent Ogliarola monumental trees and the rest from fruity cultivars, including Coratina, Leccino and Picholine. Only estate varieties, hand-picking from an early harvest are used in the oil. The result is a balanced olive oil, mellow with an elegant hint of nuttiness and light, fruity aroma.
