Trebocconi Awarded for Organic Oblica at World Competition
Trebocconi from Croatia has won a Gold Award at the 2024 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's largest olive oil quality contest.

The Dalmatian producer earned the World Competition award for an organic medium-intensity Oblica. The brand previously won a Silver Award in 2022.
"We are really happy to be among the world's best oils," said owner Šime Stipaničev. "It's proof that we're moving in the right direction. Hopefully, we'll keep this standard in the following years."
In the 2023/24 crop year, Trebocconi produced 300 liters of extra virgin olive oil using traditional methods. Stipaničev said that while quantity had been below average, quality remained "very good."
