Partridge Family “Over the Moon” With 2 NYIOOC Awards
The Partridge Family Olive Oil Co. celebrated its biggest year yet at the 2024 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition with a pair of Gold Awards.
As a micro-producer, these honors are a realization of a lot of hard work, plus great collaboration with the master miller from Mill on Wheels.

Situated in the prodigious producing region of San Luis Obispo County, California, the family company earned awards for a pair of medium-intensity blends: Tusci and Points North. Previously, Points North earned Gold Awards in 2020 and 2023.
"We are over the moon thrilled to win back-to-back Gold Awards – and do so with two blends this year," co-owner Angela Partridge said. "As a micro-producer, these honors are a realization of a lot of hard work, plus great collaboration with the master miller from Mill on Wheels."
In the 2023/24 crop year, The Partridge Family Olive Oil Co. produced 200 liters of extra virgin olive oil using traditional methods.
Partridge cited "a longer bloom and later-than-normal harvest time because of having a very wet winter" as the main logistical challenges faced by the small-scale producer.
