ZO Červar Wins 5th NYIOOC Award for San Servolo
ZO Červar from Croatia has won a Gold Award at the 2024 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's most prestigious olive oil quality contest.

The Istrian producer earned a fifth straight World Competition accolade for its San Servolo brand, a medium blend.
"To win a Gold Award at the most prestigious competition in the world is a thrill," said Deni Červar, the company's marketing manager. "It helps us to continue to dream and reminds us that quality is paramount."
In the 2023/24 crop year, ZO Červar produced 5,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil using traditional methods.
"This year required great knowledge, experience and effort; nothing should be left to chance," Červar said. "In addition, everything changes, from the weather conditions onwards, and we have to adapt to it."
