The House of Alvarez de Toledo, one of the oldest noble families in Spain, has been making olive oil since 1624. Our objective is to produce the best extra virgin olive oil our Perales de Valdueza Estate can make, expressing our terroir and centuries of olive oil-producing expertise in every bottle. Today, our oils are available from many fine gourmet purveyors throughout the United States and enjoy wide acceptance in many homes and professional kitchens worldwide.
