This EVOO is extracted solely from Drizzar olives. It has a medium to intense fruitiness and features notes of green almond, fresh grass and aromatic herbs. Characterized by its persistent pungency, it has a well-integrated medium bitterness.
The Paolo Bonomelli Boutique Olive Farm estate has belonged to the family since the 1950s and has been dedicated to producing excellent EVOO since 1990. It has a modern mill and a centuries-old olive grove.
