Our olive groves are organically cultivated in western Peloponnese, within the protected geographic region of Olympia. Our olives are harvested between October and early November by mechanical means and cold pressed daily. Our olive oil is very low in acidity, rich in phenolic compounds and exhibits a superior, peppery taste, with intense aroma enhanced by the breezes of the Ionian Sea.
